Where to purchase: Stylevana: LINK / Yesstyle: LINK
Price: £ 16.52
Volume: 50ml
Made in: South Korea
What is it?: A Broad Spectrum (SPF50+ PA++++), Lightweight Cream SPF that aims to protect the skin from Sun Damage while hydrating it. (Excludes Oxybenzone + Octinoxate)
Supposedly Good for: All Skin Types (Even Sensitive Skin)
What I think: I would agree that this suits even Sensitive Skins. It does have a dewy finish so perhaps Oily skin may find this a bit too shiny for them. But Dehydrated + Dry Skins would appreciate this thin formula.
Vegan?: Yes
Cruelty Free?: Yes
How long does it last after opening?: 6 Months.
Packaging: Tube that you squeeze. The cap is a screw-top.

Directions: ”At the last step of your skin care routine, evenly spread a proper amount over areas frequently exposed to sun.” (From the BOJ Website).
How I use it: I apply this in the AM and due to my Oily-Combo Skin, I am able to use this hydrating and moisturising product as a moisturiser.
SPF Filters (Not: This does not contain Oxybenzone or Octinoxate): Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate (UVA), Ethylhexyl Triazone (UVB) , Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol (UVA + UVB), Diethylhexyl Butamido Triazone (UVA + UVB).
NOTE: BOJ Made sure to verify this SPF’s effectiveness from labs both in Spain and South Korea.
Key Ingredients: Niacinamide (Brightening + Skin-barrier reinforcing) / Green Tea (Antioxidant + Soothing). 30% Rice Ferment (Antioxidant + Soothing), Ginseng (Antioxidant + Soothing). Adenosine (Skin-barrier reinforcing). Lactobacillus/Pumpkin Ferment Extract (Exfoliant).
Full Ingredients: Water, Dibutyl Adipate, Propanediol, Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate, Polymethylsilsesquioxane, Ethylhexyl Triazone, Niacinamide, Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol, Coco-Caprylate/Caprate, Caprylyl Methicone, Diethylhexyl Butamido Triazone, Glycerin, 1,2-Hexanediol, Butylene Glycol, Pentylene Glyco, Behenyl Alcohol, Poly C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate, Polyglyceryl-3 Methylglucose Distearate, Decyl Glucoside, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Extract, Tromethamine, Carbomer, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate, Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6, Ethylhexylglycerin, Adenosine, Xanthan Gum, T-Butyl Alcohol, Tocopherol, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Germ Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Lactobacillus/Rice Ferment, Lactobacillus/Pumpkin Ferment Extract, Monascus/Rice Ferment, Bacillus/Soybean Ferment Extract, Saccharum Officinarum (Sugarcane) Extract, Aspergillus Ferment, Macrocystis Pyrifera (Kelp) Extract, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Fruit Extrac, Panax Ginseng Root Extract, Saccharomyces/Rice Ferment Filtrate
NOTE: The Incidecoder have a full ingredient breakdown HERE
Texture: Lightweight and moisturising! Easily spreads over the skin. Definitely has a shiny/dewy finish but NOT as much as the New COSRX Vitamin E Sunblock (Review HERE).
Greasy?: This has a dewy/shiny finish. The product itself has a mild greasy feeling on top which does eventually dry down/absorb into the skin, as this forms a sort of silicone film on top of the skin and although the dewiness remains, this is somewhat ”locked” in place. NOTE: This has a lighter texture than the Etude Soon Jung SPF (Review Here) but both have that slight silicone film that forms once this has dried down, to keep the SPF in place (both have a dewy finish).
Sticky?: No.

Does this Sting if the Skin has been Irritated / Sensitised by Shaving/Heavy Retinol Use?: No.
Summer or Winter?: Dry Skins could use all-year round. Oilier Skins Might prefer this dewier finish in the Winter.
Layerable?: Yes.
White Cast?: This contains Tinosorb M (Mineral + Chemical SPF Filter) which, like the New Missha Aqua Sun Gel Reformulation, it can give a white cast. HOWEVER, for me personally (olive-toned skin), I don’t see it (the company does state that this does not give a white cast, so perhaps the amount of Tinosorb M in here is very little). I do think for my tone, it simply enhances that shiny/dewy finish BUT I would tell darker skin tones to be weary that this might give a white cast (but unsure).

Video Swatch:
As you can see, this has a lightweight/creamy finish
Fragrance?: Fragrance + EO Free (doesn’t smell of anything either).
Good Under Makeup?: Yes
How long have I been using this?: 3 Months
Will I use until Completion?: Yes
How Long will that take?: Almost an empty (maybe another 1/2 weeks of use).
The Effect?: Hydrated and Moisturised Skin with a dewy finish.

What I like:
- Fragrance + EO Free
- Lightweight
- Hydrating + Moisturising
- Layerable
- Not sticky
- Added Skin-beneificial ingredients
- SPF checked for efficacy by 2 different labs
What I don’t like:
- Dewy finish (I do prefer matte)
- Like most new SPFs, this does form that sort of silicone film on the skin (to stop this product from moving) which isn’t as good as the finish of the previous Missha Aqua Sun Gel Formula (Review HERE). But this doesn’t ball up, so that’s good!
Overall Rating and Conclusion: 4 (nearly a 3.9) / 5 – Not a bad SPF at all! I like how lightweight this is, I enjoy that it’s hydrating, I’m happy its Fragrance + EO Free and doesn’t sting! It sits comfortably on the skin. My Only qualm is the dewy/shiny finish compared to other more mattifying SPFs. And the slight silicone layer that forms on the skin once the SPF has dried down to lock it in place isn’t the most comfortable. But the redeeming quality of this SPF is the lightness of it. I do think Dry Skins > Oily Skins for this SPF.
Would I repurchase?: Yes. I do enjoy that this is a lightweight SPF, and it is very hydrating!, however I still wish this was less dewy.
Dupe?: Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Watery Sun Gel. My Favourite SPF is the Missha Aqua Sun Gel (Similar lightness of this SPF but without that very mild Silicone film) Review HERE).
My Skin Type: I am acne prone and have slightly dehydrated combo skin. My skin is usually tight where the cheeks and eye area is and the outer parts of my face. My T zone is oily. My skin isn’t a fan of thick/heavy formulas so I opt for lightweight formulas to prevent it from clogging up. My skin doesn’t like essential oils either and I try to avoid fragrance when I can.
