COSRX Snail Line – Swatches and First Impression Review!

As you can see, lot of humectant and occlusive ingredients! There are addition of peptides which apparently are supposed to help stimulate collagen production, so it will be interesting to see! I also like the addition of Niacinamide.

Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence:

Quite a short list! but it’s got a high % of snail secretion filtrate (which is important if the name name of the product says ‘snail mucin’ on it!) – I like the addition of hydrating ingredients like Sodium Hyaluronate and Butylene Glycol.

”This all-natural jelly cream contains 92% snail secretion filtrate, giving it the slick texture of a gel and all the soothing, healing, and calming properties of mucin.”

I like the addition of Panthenol and Sodium Hyaluronate – this formula should be moisturising and hydrating. Also it’s good that they state that this contains 92% of snail mucin – and it’s at the top of the list, so there definitely is a lot in here.

Overall: Genuinely, I’m excited to try out these products – they seem like the exact kind of textured products I’d love i.e. very easily spreadable and very lightweight! I do hope that this is hydrating and doesn’t irritate the skin. Love the exemption of EO and alcohol.
