Hey Guys!
I’m not the biggest essence user as my routines are quite short. However I’ve noticed that Essence / Ampoules have been getting some really cool ingredients and basically if I want to use them, I can replace them with a serum!
So in this video I show you some K-Beauty essences, all with different ingredients and textures that are aimed towards different skin types – I swatch them and provide my first impressions so you can judge what you would like if you were thinking of trying any!
I hope you enjoy watching!

Products:
Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Essence: HERE
I do like that this contains many forms of HA and I liked the texture! Definitely aimed at dry skins I think. Fragrance and Essential oil free too. Isntree have impressed me with their products lately.
May Coop Raw Sauce: HERE
My least favourite. Disappointed in this product to be honest – I’m not a fan, and I also have an issue with products that just stuff random plant and floral extracts (with no scientific proof), claiming for it to be a skin saver, when in actuality, it’s just a slightly hydrating perfumed product. I think I will review this, but it wont be a positive review I think.
Skin Food Propolis Essence: HERE
Surprised by this. I thought it would have fragrance so I was happy to know there wasn’t any in this! I also like the ingredients and I do like that it contains Royal Jelly, Honey extract and Propolis. I think oily skins could enjoy this and oily-combo. Of course dry skins could use this but they would like to layer this with a cream / emulsion most likely.

In this Video, I also discuss the Hyaluronic Acid Toner Plus – which is similar to the Isntree Essence!
Hyaluronic Acid Video! – This explains why I like Multi-Molecular Hyaluronic Acid Products!
My Skin Type: I am acne prone and have slightly dehydrated combo skin. My skin is usually tight where the cheeks and eye area is and the outer parts of my face. My T zone is oily. My skin isn’t a fan of thick/heavy formulas so I opt for lightweight formulas to prevent it from clogging up. My skin doesn’t like essential oils either and I try to avoid fragrance when I can.
